Tis the season! A traditional holiday Puerto Rican drink turned into a cookie. Filled with shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. And a rum infused dulce de leche squishcore that makes this treat rich and divine.
