Between The Cranberry and Me

A unique orange zest brown sugar cookie with dried cranberries and white chocolate chips, filled with a homemade sweet pistachio cream squishcore, and topped with white chocolate drizzle and crushed pistachios.

pistachio cream squishcore: white chocolate ( sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), powdered sugar, pistachios, milk

toppings: dried cranberries, white chocolate ( sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), pistachios, coconut oil
