This brown-sugar cookie is packed with holiday M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and stacked with holiday sprinkles that even Oogie Boogie himself would gamble on. Each bite hits like a holiday morning—sweet, crunchy, and just unhinged enough to make you grin like the trick or treating trio behind the madness.
