Instead! This brown sugar cookie is stitched with coconut flakes, old fashioned oats, milk chocolate chips, and pretzels. Along with a homemade caramel entombed at its core.

cookie base: bleached flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt

squishcore: caramel (dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, light corn syrup, heavy whipping cream, salted butter, vanilla extract, salt)

toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, old fashioned oats, pretzels (enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), vegetable oil (canola, palm, soybean and/or sunflower), tapioca malt syrup (tapioca syrup, malt extract), sea salt, yeast, soda), milk chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract)
