For a cookie

It's a brown sugar cookie with homemade dark chocolate fudge strips and peanut butter cups, filled with a peanut butter chocolate ganache.

ingredients

cookie base: bleached flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt

squishcore: peanut butter (roasted peanuts, sugar, less than 2% of: hydrogenated vegetable oil [rapeseed and cottonseed], salt), milk chocolate ( cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), heavy whipping cream

toppings: dark chocolate fudge strips (dark chocolate [unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract, soy lecithin] sweetened condensed milk), reese's peanut butter cups minis (milk chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, chocolate, skim milk, milk fat, lactose, lecithin {soy}, pgpr], peanuts, sugar, dextrose, contains 2% or less of: vegetable oil [palm oil, shea oil, sunflower oil, palm kernel oil, &/or safflower oil], hydrogenated vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, palm oil], salt, pgpr, tbhq & citric acid [to maintain freshness])
