A tasty combination of white chocolate and guava, this brown sugar cookie is filled with shards of white chocolate and loaded with whole cubes of guava paste, and stuffed with a guava preserve molten core.

cookie base: bleached flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt

squishcore: guava preserves (guava, sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin)

toppings: guava paste (guava pulp, sugar, citric acid), white chocolate (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract)
