I wasn't lost. I just needed a cookie. A black cocoa cookie with Andes mints and milk chocolate chips, and filled with a soft chewy cool peppermint core. You waited so long to eat this minty holiday treat.

ingredients

cookie base: unbleached flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened black cocoa powder, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt

peppermint patty squishcore: peppermint core (powdered sugar, light corn syrup, peppermint extract, salt)

toppings: andes mints baking chips (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm kernel and palm), cocoa (processed with alkali), nonfat milk, lactose, milk protein concentrate, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural and artificial flavors, peppermint oil, colors added (yellow 5 lake, blue 1 lake)), milk chocolate chips ( cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract)
