This cookie starts with a brown-butter base, rich and nutty enough to make even Oogie split a seam, loaded with toasty pecans, melty milk chocolate chips, and caramel bits. But the real gamble? A gooey caramel core that oozes out like a lava pool.
Each cookie is rolled in crushed pecans and crowned with cinnamon-sugar pecans that look suspiciously like Oogie’s “My bugs! My bugs! My bugs!”
Crunchy, caramelly, nutty, and just a little unhinged, this cookie hits your tastebuds with the same reckless energy as a Slipknot pit—messy, intense, and totally irresistible. And somewhere in the background, you can almost hear a certain chant rising like a stitched-together battle cry "cut, cut, cut me up..." and f@!&, f%*#, f&%@ up that cookie, twin.
