Crafted with the same careful doll hands and hopeful heart that Sally pours into every stitch, this cookie blends whimsy, warmth, and a touch of holiday magic—made even bolder through the spirit of We Came as Romans.

This delicate, yet bold treat begins with a multicolored vanilla cookie, scattered with pistachios, white chocolate chips, and bright dried cranberries. Hidden inside is a swirl of kataifi and pistachio cream, like the popular Dubai chocolate bars. And on top rests a gentle white chocolate and pistachio cream dollop.

cookie base: bleached flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, butter vanilla emulsion, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, gel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow)

filling: kataifi (flour, cornstarch, salt, vegetable oil, water), pistachio cream (pistachios, sugar, sunflower oil, coconut fat, cocoa fat, nonfat dry milk, whey, sunflower lecithin, extra virgin olive oil, natural and artificial flavorings)
